How to Paint a Face: Deer

Our final face in the How to Paint a Face Series!
Well....maybe. I might do more. ;)
This one is another make up and paint mash up.

NOTE: You should only every use proper FACE PAINT.
Never use craft paint, acrylics, oils, etc. on the skin.
Snazaroo, Silly Farm, Mehron, and Ben Nye are all safe brands that have been developed specifically for body art.
You can get a basic pallet online without spending a ton of money.
I was using this pallet for the following tutorial.
As well as white mica purchased here.

Oh deer!
Isn't she just darling??

(BTW...Headband tutorial found here.)

Since this is a make-up/facepaint mash up!
Let's start with a clean, dry face.
And get a nice, flawless finish.
Next we use a lot of bronzer above the cheekbones,
under the chin, and on the forehead as well.
Followed by highlighting using our white mica powder.
Down the bridge of the nose, fan onto forehead, and over eyes.
Now define the nose and eyes with a more solid white.
Using our paint pallet to get smooth lines.
Using our black paint and a steady hand...
Trace along bridge of nose, fill nose under the tip.
Define eyebrows.
Create winged eye on top lid and a false lash line below eye.
Add lashes at the corners.
 To finish the look:
Gloss lips in a lovely nude shade.
And add white circles from cheekbone to forehead.
Have the circles fade slightly as they go up
by mixing more water into your paint.
You have a darling deer too.
