Banana-Chocolate-Nana Bread

So this is actually my husbands recipe!
And was named by our three year old:
"Banana-choc-o-late-nana-bread"
I hate the smell of over-ripe bananas, but love the bread.
In steps my awesomely non-baking hubby to save the day.
He blew me away with this one!
After some recipe combinations and trials, he has perfected it.
Quick, simple, and very yummy:
2 cups flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2-3 cups overly ripe, mashed bananas (4-5)
1/2 bag mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
Add chocolate chips, gently stir into batter.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.

Cool on wire rack 10-15 minutes.
Gently turn out of pan.
See how to make that cute vase here.
