Pasta Jambalaya

 A quick and easy dish! 
*My hubby was born in New Orleans and approves this recipe. ;)

Sautee ¼ cup of onions and 3 bell peppers, diced (yellow, red, green) in EVOO.
Add 3 tablespoons minced garlic.
Cube chicken and add to pepper mix, brown.
Andouille and Keilbasa come precooked, just slice and add to heat through.
Stir in ½ cup marinara sauce.
Add desired amount of Datil pepper sauce to taste. (About 1-2 tsp)
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
Stir sausage mixture into pasta.

EVOO=Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Datil pepper sauce= not a brand, a type of pepper turned sauce.
The datil pepper sauce it what gives this dish a Cajun kick! 
Sweet and smoky with just a dash of heat.
It is only found in St. Augustine, Florida and is well worth the purchase!
